v0.4.5 - Night Mission

Night Mission & Wristband Tech

v0.4.5 adds in the ability to use a pulse to scan nearby electronics and enemy personnel. Moreover it brings the night vision that can be used in dark areas and night missions.

These 2 Techs are activated via the wristband the player has on their left wrist.

A complete Night Mission has also been added so that you can test out the night vision.

This build also fixes various issues and add visual improvements.
